Track your orders?

To check the status of your order, please email our Customer Service. We will do our best to answer your emails within 1 to 24 business hours.
Our staff can inform you on any step of the ordering process, including order and payment confirmation, stock availability, and shipping status. You will be notified if any of the following situations arises:

• Your shipping and billing information do not match.
• Your information cannot be verified due to missing information or typo.
• The item you ordered is currently out of stock, will take longer than estimated to get back in stock, or is no longer available.

We provide technical support for most of the products sold by Sohodiffusion.com. Some products may have to use the technical support provided by the manufacturer.

We are located in the Greater Montreal area.
We offer our services: 24/7 all year long.

A technician will come to your home or business location within 2 hours (upon staff availability).
The rate is $50 per hour (1 hour minimum) + travel expenses.
For work done at our workshop the rate is 30$ per hour (1 hour minimum).
