- To offer the support to the users,
- To proceed to the configuration of micro computers in the respect of the procedures,
- To proceed to the installation of software,
- To search and solve the problems which are assigned to him,
- To participate to the reception of product and the maintenance of the inventory,
- To proceed to the installation of equipment (micro computers, printers, supplies, etc.).
Qualifications and experiences required:
- bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication or equivalent,
- minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role,
- direct, hands-on experience with Unix environments, network protocols and computer items,
- must be bilingual (French and English), written and verbal,
- well organized,
- ability to focus in a challenging environment and complete tasks under pressure,
- able to work well in a team environment.
