No reimbursement, credit only (25% restocking fees)
allows the return of defective products for exchange or repair (according to manufacturer policy)
within fifteen (15) days from the original invoice. Subject to a restocking
will allow the return of certain products for
credit for any reason under certain terms and conditions.
The following procedures must be followed if you
want to obtain a credit for a return item:
First, you must obtain a return authorization number (RMA). We are unable
to accept returns without an RMA number.
Second, once you have obtained an RMA number, your purchase must be
returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition,
in original box and packaging indicating the RMA number provided by
, and including all warranty cards, manuals and
accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay
or forfeiture of your credit. Returns for exchange will only be considered
within 15 days from the original invoice date and are subject to approval
and a 25% restocking fee. From and after fifteen (15) days from your
original invoice date, we cannot accept returns of any product. All
returns must be shipped prepaid. In all instances, original Shipping
and Handling Charges are NOT refundable.
Some items, if opened, will not be covered by this return policy. Items
not covered include opened software from any manufacturer and opened
products of certain manufacturers subject to the manufacturers' return
and warranty coverage.

reserves the right to change or to cancel it at
any time before accepting your order. For all exchanges, you need to
precisely follow the above return procedures to ensure the return of
your exchange. You need to also allow a reasonable period of time for
the product to arrive at our warehouse and pass an inspection process.
When your return is accepted, we will process with the shipping of your
new exchanged item as soon as possible.
Any returnable Product must be 100% complete, in BRAND NEW and unused
will not accept a return of any product that is
not repacked in its original packing material and/or is missing any
manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible
wear and tear to the unit. We encourage you to insure your package for
the full replacement value with your chosen carrier.
